Who—or what—is God? And what does it matter? What has God (or belief in God) done for us lately?
Perhaps we shouldn’t be so harsh. It’s a century-and-a-half, after all, since Nietzsche pronounced God dead (and we his killers). But can he be restored to life? What would that mean, and should we even try?
